| Ken Bruss, Ed.D. has over 25 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Process Consultation, New Product Development, Teambuilding, TQM and Training.

As an internal consultant he played an instrumental role at Analog Devices in the implementation of team-based structures in support of New Product Development. Ken facilitated a worldwide change management initiative introducing an automated workflow process linking Product Lines and Manufacturing sites.
As an external consultant Ken recently led efforts at a start-up company introducing a Phase Gate NPD process. As part of this initiative the company improved its process for deploying cross-functional teams.
Ken has delivered papers at conferences sponsored by such organizations as the Center for Collaborative Organizations, the Center for Quality of Management, and the Management Roundtable. He received the Best Industry Paper award at the Center for the Study of Work Team’s 9th Annual Conference. Ken has conducted training programs in the US, Europe, Asia and South Africa, on such diverse topics as Leadership and Management, NPD Process and TQM facilitation.
Ken earned his doctorate in Adult Education from Boston University, his MA from Brandeis University and his BA with Honors from the James Madison College at Michigan State University.
